Dr. Grant Stevens

Dr. Stevens pioneered the innovative Stevens Laser Bra breast lift and the laser-assisted breast reduction. Dr. Stevens is a Board Certified Diplomate of The American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and The International College of Surgeons. His memberships in other medical associations include The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The International College of Surgeons, The American College of Surgeons, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Stevens has lectured before numerous international, national and regional associations including The American Association of Plastic Surgeons, The Swiss Plastic Surgery Society, and the Danish Plastic Surgery Society. He is also regularly invited to teach at such prestigious institutions as The University of Switzerland, The University of Denmark, the University of Southern California, and Loma Linda University. Dr. Stevens himself graduated with honors from Washington University Medical School in St. Louis. He completed his general surgery training at Harbor UCLA Medical Center, then completed a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Washington University- Barnes Hospital.

As one of the nation's premier breast reduction surgeons, Dr. Stevens has authored a number of articles for professional journals, as well as appearing in articles written for USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, People Magazine, Forbes, Glamour, Business Week, Men's Fitness, to name a few. Dr. Michelle Spring

Dr. Michelle Spring is a board-certified Los Angeles plastic surgeon. As a former fellow of Dr. Stevens, she has received advanced cosmetic training and has established herself as a talented and compassionate plastic surgeon with a diverse set of skills and experiences. She holds California, Idaho, and Wisconsin Medical Licenses and has been a part of two Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practices before joining Marina Plastic Surgery Associates.

Dr. Spring has a reputation for her exceptional patient care and uses her skills as a surgeon to provide care for those with no access to surgery. She takes an individual approach to each procedure she performs and takes the time to get to know you and your concerns. Above all, she strives to provide results that exceed her patients' expectations and fosters a one-on-one connection with each patient she treats. As a woman who performs plastic surgery, Dr. Spring understands the female perspective, allowing her to have a deep connection wtih her patients.

Background & Education

Dr. Spring earned her B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she graduated with Distinction. She continued her study at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and went on to earn her Medical Degree as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. After graduation, she went on to complete a 5-year Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Stevens in Marina Del Rey, California.

As part of her commitment to helping those who have no access to plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Spring volunteered with international humanitarian organization Interplast that provides free reconstructive surgery to underprivileged children and adults with cleft lips, cleft palates and severe, disfiguring burns and hand deformities. During her time with Interplast, she traveled to Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Ecuador, India, Peru, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
